In December 2020, Wild Cumberland drafted a Wilderness Education Plan and submitted it for consideration to the National Park Service.

We requested that the NPS integrate these Wilderness Education Plan recommendations into their planning and management immediately, and are willing to partner with them on the execution of this Wilderness Education Plan.

Wild Cumberland will provide updates on progress with Wilderness Education Plan implementation as they are available.
